Notice of Byelaw

Notice is hereby given that Norton-on-Derwent Town Council intends to make a new byelaw to prevent vehicles parking on the mown roadside verges in the following areas.

Welham RoadMown grass verges, on both sides of the road, between Beechwood Road and Whitewall, extending south to the frontage of house numbers 185 and 186.  
Beverley RoadMown grass verges, on both sides of the road, between Furlongs Avenue and Dairy Way.  
Langton RoadMown grass verges, on both sides of the road, between The Ridings and Bazeley’s Lane.  
Scarborough RoadMown grass verges, on both sides of the road, between Parliament Street and Westfield Avenue.  
Langley Drive and Hambleton RoadMown grass verges, on the southern/eastern side of the road, between Langton Road and Woodlands Avenue.

Copies of the byelaw are kept at the offices of the Council at The Old Court House, 84B Commercial Street YO17 9ES and will be open to inspection without payment during usual business hours for 28 days from the publication of this notice.
